One of the most complex and impressive complexes we have completed – a comprehensive cleaning project at the Shoresh Electric Company complex.
The complex, which includes five different buildings and extraordinary architecture, has not been cleaned since its construction for over two years. With a combination of day and night work, smart drones and environmentally friendly materials, we were able to restore the shine to the buildings while maintaining the routine of the facility’s activities, meeting deadlines and dealing with a variety of cladding, heights and shapes.

The NEXT building, a modern structure in the heart of the Omer Hi-Tech Park, presented us with a unique and complex cleaning challenge. The building’s facades, consisting of Lucobond cladding, curtain walls and recessed windows, required a thorough cleaning after dried pigeon droppings and heavy dust accumulated on the rubber seals and frames. A 6-meter-high roof, which had absorbed significant dirt, added complexity to the process. Thanks to our drones and advanced technology, we were able to reach every corner and remove all types of dirt, restoring the building to its clean and professional appearance, so that it continues to proudly host leading high-tech companies.

Cleaning the impressive entrance sign of the BIG Beer Sheva Center was a unique challenge. The sign, 10 meters high and covering a total area of 36 square meters, was covered in pigeon droppings that had been burned in for years, causing stubborn stains and damaging the aesthetics of the main entrance to the shopping center. Thanks to the use of specialized cleaning materials and advanced spraying methods, we were able to remove the tough stains and restore the sign to its clean and modern appearance. The work was carried out at night to avoid disrupting the movement of visitors and vehicles in the busy area. The result? A sparkling sign that welcomes visitors with an impressive appearance.

The Dead Sea Works Research and Development Plant presented us with a unique challenge: cleaning a 20-meter-high roof that had accumulated potash deposits that were causing damage and wear.
After careful planning and a pilot to prove its capabilities, we used high-pressure, high-temperature water technology to remove the dirt and restore the roof. The work, which was completed in just 50 minutes, was fully satisfied by the plant management, who decided to continue working with us for ongoing maintenance.

In Atidim Park in Tel Aviv, we faced a special challenge: cleaning sunken windows in a modern office building. The work was carried out at night to allow for the demarcation of a sterile area and to prevent disruption to the residents' work routine.
The sunken windows, some of which were hidden by palm trees, were cleaned using customized technological solutions, while maintaining the aluminum cladding surrounding the building. Following the success of the project, Electra FM announced a business collaboration with our company.
