We cleaned the sunken windows thoroughly and precisely, while dealing with the challenges of limited access. Following the success of the work, Electra FM announced an ongoing business collaboration with our company.
:The structure
Park Atidim 1 is a 5-story building located in the Kiryat Atidim Park complex in Tel Aviv. The building features glass and aluminum cladding, with recessed windows located one meter deep into the facade, making them difficult to access.
:The task
Cleaning only the sunken windows, while maintaining the aluminum cladding that surrounds the building. The work was carried out at night, so as not to disrupt the residents' routine and activities in the complex, and included unique solutions for dealing with palm trees that blocked some of the windows.
