Using our advanced drones and the professional knowledge of the team, we were able to thoroughly clean all parts of the building, including areas that are difficult to reach by normal means. The roof, facades and windows returned to their original and impressive cleanliness. The complex cleaning process was completed to the satisfaction of the tenants and the high-tech companies, while maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetics.
:The structure
The NEXT building, located in the heart of the Omer Hi-Tech Park, is a modern structure that houses many high-tech companies. The building includes 5 floors with luxurious cladding facades made of Lucobond, curtain walls, and recessed windows. The modern design of the building poses unique challenges for cleaning, as it incorporates corners and spaces that are very difficult to reach using conventional methods such as abseiling.
:The task
Our task included a thorough cleaning of the building’s facades, including the Lucobond cladding, curtain walls, and recessed windows. One of the main challenges was cleaning a 6-meter-high roof, which is located at the bottom of the building’s cladding and has absorbed large amounts of dirt accumulated from the building. In addition, the facades and windows were covered in dried-on ionizing radiation, along with a lot of dust that had accumulated in the rubber seals and window frames. We were required to use specialized cleaning agents and advanced techniques to remove all types of dirt, while preserving the unique materials of the building.
