The Electric Company Complex

!The result
The project was completed in just 10 working days, thanks to the use of smart drones and meticulous logistical planning. The result: shiny, clean facades, while fully maintaining the safety of the environment, infrastructure, and people. The buildings returned to their new, presentable appearance – without the need for scaffolding, and without disrupting ongoing operations.

:The structure
The complex includes 5 different buildings: management headquarters, operational buildings, workshops and additional service buildings. The facades are covered with a variety of materials – Lucobond, tin, aluminum, as well as curtain walls and windows. This is an advanced architectural design with diverse facades – flat, vaulted and round, which constitute a performance and technical challenge.
:The task
Performing a thorough cleaning of the entire complex – including all types of cladding and glass – using environmentally friendly materials. The project required a combination of day and night work in order not to disrupt the facility’s ongoing operations and ensure full operational continuity. This is an initial cleaning – the first since the complex was built (over two years ago).
